2026 WCQ playoffs: Super Eagles hold first training in Rabat


The Super Eagles began preparations for the 2026 FIFA World Cup playoffs in Rabat, Morocco, on Monday, DAILY POST reports.

Sixteen players took part in the training session, which was supervised by head coach Eric Chelle.

The light session was aimed at shaking off the effects of travel and getting back into the rhythm of team routines.

Three more players are expected to join the camp later tonight.

Preparations are set to intensify on Tuesday when all the invited players are expected to be in camp.

The Super Eagles will face the Panthers of Gabon in the first semi-final on Thursday.
