Tiwa Savage accepts Teni’s multi-billion Naira boxing challenge

Afrobeats singer, Tiwa Savage has accepted Teni’s boxing challenge, urging the singer to “pick a date” after she called her out for a bout.

Teni had, in a video posted on her official Instagram account, issued a challenge to Tiwa Savage, stating that she would apologise after the fight.

“MAMA!!! make we fight @tiwasavage 3billion later I go apologise for outside the boxing ring,” she wrote.

The “Somebody’s Son” crooner responded in the comment section with three words: “Pick a date.”
Teni made the challenge while discussing the earnings of Nigerian entertainers and the expensive cars owned by some artistes.

She proposed a ₦1.5 billion purse for the bout and joked about fighting Savage before singing “My Darling” for her afterwards. The exchange comes days after reality TV star Phyna knocked out actress Nkechi Blessing in a celebrity boxing bout in Lagos.
