Mohammed Daggo promotes plant-based products as part of everyday wellness routines
Mohammed Adamu Daggo of Bioharb Global has called for greater awareness of everyday health practices, stressing the importance of balanced diets, adequate sleep, physical activity, and informed choices to maintain overall well-being.
Daggo, speaking with journalists on Saturday, said botanical teas and plant-based supplements could be part of people’s daily wellness routines, adding that caring for one’s health goes beyond medicines and other health products.
He explained that simple lifestyle habits play an important role in how individuals manage their wellbeing and encouraged people to pay closer attention to their daily routines.
“Taking care of our health goes beyond the products we use. It is also about what we eat, how well we sleep, how active we are and the attention we give our bodies every day,” he said.
According to him, Bioharb Global is working to promote greater understanding of plant-based wellness products and encourage consumers to make informed decisions about the products they use.
“Our goal is not simply to offer herbal products. It is to help more people appreciate the value of nature, understand the products they choose and make informed decisions about their wellbeing,” Daggo stated.
He noted that the company’s range of herbal teas and plant-based supplements was aimed at making botanical products more accessible to consumers seeking to incorporate them into their everyday routines.
“Through our growing range of herbal teas and plant-based supplements, we are working to make botanical wellness more accessible and easier to incorporate into everyday routines,” he added.
Daggo also highlighted the long-standing use of local plants in traditional wellness practices, saying modern botanical products offered an opportunity to maintain that connection while meeting contemporary consumer expectations.
He, however, emphasised the need for proper information and responsible use, noting that consumers should understand the products they choose rather than rely on assumptions about their benefits.
He maintained that plant-based products should be considered as part of a broader approach to personal wellbeing, alongside healthy eating, sufficient rest and regular physical activity.
