RUTH & BOAZ (2025)
After loads of publicity on Netflix, I was looking forward to this brand-new sweet movie, which told a love story from the Bible. They did tell a good story in a funky, modern way, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Ruth was a young uprising music artist who lost her boyfriend and his father on the same day, this made her feel so bad in order to make up with his mother, she decides to pack her bag and everything and relocate with Naomi. On arrival things weren’t easy for them at all, as she couldn’t get a job, but little did she know that God had a bigger plan for her life, after so many challenges in the new city, things fell in place for them in pleasant place, you will need to go check out this brand-new Christian movie to see how they survived their pain. The 93m drama, romance movie was directed by Alanna Brown, they featured actors like Serayah, Tyler Lepley, Phylicia Rashad, Kenneth Babyface Edmond, Gregory Alan Williams, Walnette Carrington, James Lee Thomas, Christopher Broughton, Jermaine Dupri and many more.
FRENCH LOVER (2025)
For those of you who enjoy French romantic movies, then you need to check this exciting movie out as it will be worth your while, the movie was hilarious and caught my attention. Abel Camara was a handsome, wealthy man that just got dumped by his extremely gorgeous girlfriend, he was every young girl’s dream in Paris, he was almost like an idol ready to be worshiped, but he was selfish, depressed and so unhappy with his life. One faithful day he walks into his usual restaurant expecting to be worshipped by all and sundry, but that day he met his match, a young divorced lady who didn’t care who he was and wasn’t willing to bow to his ego nor worship him, she insulted him, gave him the piece of her mind and resigned. Abel was left in shock that a woman could stand up to him like that, she left him thinking about his life, that singular act left him intrigued and thrown to her, well you will need to go check out this movie to see how Abel found real love in the most unexpected place and circumstance. The 122m comedy, romantic movie was directed by Lisa-Nina Rives, they featured actors like Omar Sy, Sara Giraudeau, Alban Ivanov, Pascale Arbillot, Agnes Hurstel, Xavier Lacaille, Cind Bruna, Amaury de Craencour and many more.
AN HONEST LIFE (2025)
So, this week we seem to have all brand-new movies from 2025, but my worry was that there was no action movies released this week, I guess we have to make do with what we have on ground presently. So, for those of you who enjoy mystery, drama, thriller movie, this review will be guide as this will be worth your while, honestly, I assumed that Simon was wiser, I guess I was wrong all along, because the point he really wanted to make to them wasn’t clear to me at all. So, Simon was a young boy who moved into a new city to study law, he rented an apartment off the school campus and lived with 2 very wealthy boys. Rather than staying in school and reading his books he decided to join a group of bad boys and girls, who had no future ambitions and almost jeopardized his education and parental guidance. Simon almost lost it all to peer pressure and just when I thought he would become wiser and stronger, Simon fell for the same trap. You will have to check out this movie to find out if Simon was able to get out or not. The 122m drama, mystery, thriller movie was directed b Mikael Marcimain, they featured actors like Simon Loof, Nora Rios, Peter Andersson, Nathalie Merchant, Willy Ramnek Petri, Arvid von Heland, Christoffer Rigeblad, Fabian Hedlund e.t.c.
