Burial Date for Arise TV’s Sommie Maduagwu Announced

The statement stated that the service of songs, will hold at the Corpus Christi Cathedral, Kaduna Street, Port Harcourt on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

A date has been fixed for the burial of Arise TV reporter, Somtochukwu Christelle Maduagwu, who died after jumping from a three-storey building.

A statement from her family revealed that the UK-trained lawyer cum journalist, will be laid to rest on Saturday, October 18, 2025, after a funeral service at Saint Theresa Catholic Church, Agulu, Anambra State.
