Mercy Johnson Demands Immediate Release Of Regina Daniels’ Brother

Nollywood actress, Mercy Johnson Okojie has reacted to the arrest of Sammy West, the brother of her colleague, Regina Daniels.

In a post on her social media page, she called for the release of Sammy.

Recall that Sammy was arrested on Monday amid the marital woes between Regina and her billionaire husband, Senator Ned Nwoko.

Regina’s brother, in a post via Instagram, accused Senator Ned Nwoko of intimidation, stating that the brother’s case is no longer an arrest.

Sweezy stated that Sammy West has neither a legal aide nor access to food or water.

According to him, Ned vowed to keep Sammy locked up until Regina returns to his home.

Reacting to the ongoing issue on Wednesday, Mercy Johnson frowned at Sammy’s arrest and continuous detention.

In her words, “The worst form of injustice is pretended justice. A child was arrested, no one can or has been allowed to see him for two days. He was flown from Lagos to Abuja and he is allegedly been taken to court from the airport. How did we get here? Nigeria…Wow #whereissamuel #freesamuelojelagewu.”
