INEC officials arrive with materials as early as 8.17 am at Nkpor Junction

ONITSHA – As at 8.17 am, INEC officials just arrived with their materials and positioning them for the election, while party agents have stationed themselves at units 009, 010, 011, 012 and 013 located at Nkpor Junction in Idemili North Local Government Area of Anambra state, amidst heavy presence of security personnel such as the police and civil defence corps.

Banks, markets and other business activities under lock and key as commercial vehicles kept off the roads, except few tricycles plying short routes.
