Benue APC backs Tinubu, Alia’s reelection in 2027

The Benue State All Progressives Congress, APC, has reaffirmed it’s backing for the reelection of Gov. Hyacinth Alia and President Bola Tinubu come 2027.

This was stated by the state Chairman of APC Chief Benjamin Omale during a Thanksgiving Mass by the Tiavnyam Development Foundation,TDF in honour of the Governor, Rev. Fr. Hyacinth Alia, at St. Veronica’s Parish, Agidi, Akpagher-Mbatiav.

The event was to celebrate Governor Alia’s achievements as Governor of the State in the last two years

Chief Omale eulogized the TDF for honouring Governor Alia with an excellence award, describing it as a recognition of his efforts in delivering dividends of democracy to the people.

He said, “It also indicates that the people of the State are happy with the administration of the Governor.

” The award has also shown that the governor is enjoying massive support and love from the people of the State.”

Chief Omale congratulated Governor Alia and reiterated the party’s continued support for his administration and the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu

He thanked TDF for the honour done to the Governor urging them to remain supportive of his administration continue to achieve his reelection, saying it’s not over until it’s over.

Chief Omale promised that the party would support any group, person or community that identifies with the administration of Governor Hyacinth Alia and supports the reelection of both Governor Hyacinth Alia and President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

He stated that the APC administration will continue to deliver dividends of democracy to the people of the state by providing infrastructure, security and general welfare to the citizens.
