CAF Champions League: Sundowns ready for Remo Stars test — Morena

Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Thapelo Morena says they will fight hard to get a positive result against Remo Stars, DAILY POST.

The Masandawana will take on Remo Stars in the first leg of the CAF Champions League second preliminary round tie at the Moshood Abiola Sports Arena, Abeokuta on Sunday.

Remo Stars defeated US Zilimadjou of Comoros 5-0 on aggregate in the first round.

The Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, champions are expected to give Sundowns a run for their money.

Morena declared that it is important for them to give their best in the game.

“The game starts from when we land in Nigeria. We are going to have to put our minds in it, and whatever comes our way, we just need to move it. We need to make sure that we do our level best,” he told the club’s official website.
