Don’t Mix Family With Business
Celebrity barman, Cubana Chiefpriest, has warned popular TikToker Peller against handing his business ventures to family members.
He stated this during a live session with Peller.
According to him, mixing family with business can be dangerous. He noted that such arrangements often breed conflict and weaken accountability.
He said:
“You can’t sack them. At a time, they would start to feel like they are doing you a favour. Your father will never respect your business because he is your father. You can settle him financially or just place him on a salary. Business is too serious, it’s not a joke”
