Find problem, solve it, and make money – says thought leader Ezeadilieje
A thought leader has simplified what drives entrepreneurship and advised Nigerians especially women business enthusiasts to follow the tip.
The female leader, Ella Chioma Ezeadilieje, said: “Find problem, solve it, and make the money”.
She spoke in Port Harcourt at a forum for business leaders, entrepreneurs, and professionals from across Nigeria for the ‘Business Balance & Beyond Xclusive 2025’, said to be a transformational gathering that explored how innovation, wellness, and enterprise can drive sustainable personal and economic growth.
In her keynote address, Ezeadilieje urged Nigerians to take greater responsibility for their financial future by embracing entrepreneurship and innovation rather than waiting for government interventions.
“The truth is, the government doesn’t have the ability to meet everyone’s needs, we are too many, that’s why entrepreneurship is on the rise. We are creating value, solving problems, and building dynasties along the way. If you find a problem to solve, you’ll make money. That’s the heart of entrepreneurship.”
Ezeadilieje, popularly known as Veronica’s Daughter, who harped on the theme: ‘Level Up: The 360 Life’, emphasised that self-reliance and creativity remain the strongest paths to economic empowerment.
“For so long, we’ve said, the government will do this or that, But the truth is, the government cannot do it all. Do something for yourself”.
Speaking on the economic potential of Nigeria’s young population, Hasantu Adegbite, a women economic empowerment specialist, said youth and women must be prioritised in the country’s development agenda.
“Nigeria has one of the largest youth populations globally. It is important for not just the government but for all of us as citizens to invest in entrepreneurship and skill development, especially among our youth and women, if we must build this nation to the next level.”
She added that when more citizens produce goods and services, the economy naturally becomes stronger, making entrepreneurship the key to sustainable national development.
She added: “That’s why entrepreneurship is on the rise. We are creating value, solving problems, and building dynasties along the way. If you find a problem to solve, you’ll make money. That’s the heart of entrepreneurship.”
She went on: “Some of you were very ambitious, had great goals but somehow got married and started having children and became a stay at home mum, it was never your intention to be a stay at home mum.
“For some of you, a lot may have happened that may have led to your but this is me telling you that there’s a way out, there is a hack.
“If you want to become an expert in an area, try to invest in an hour every day to learn in that area, it works.
“Those bad experiences you had, it’s meant to groom you, you need the good, the bad end the ugly of people, you Need those that will anchor your journey, you need people. People have been my greatest asset.
“Will you turn your pain into power, or waste your pain? Make sure that your pain is producing something and birthing something good.”
The event sought to help participants realign their lives across four key areas, health, wealth, relationships, and leadership through practical conversations, expert insights, and real-life stories.

Chinonso Egemba, a digital Health advocate, (Aproko Doctor) urged attendees to manage their stress levels even though stress can be good for the body. He further advocated for weightlifting as a crucial means of strengthening the muscles, which leads to strong bones needed as one grows older.
On his part, Olushola Olaleye, a business strategist, who also featured as a keynote speaker addressed a critical topic on business growth systems.
He said: “Policy in your life and business gives you restriction and discipline. Get a personal rule that you go by for things not to go anyhow.
“Purpose gives you direction for not just what you can do but what you can’t do, don’t eat your seeds but plant them. Your time too, many are wasting their time. If you build a business where everything goes, you can’t succeed.

“Some of you are employing your girlfriend’s younger brother. The spirit of excellence must flow from the top to the bottom, from you to everyone around.”
Also, Tunde Belloe, a tax consultant, dissected Nigeria’s evolving tax environment ahead of the Tax reform starting in 2026 while Frank Somtochukwu Okonkwo, a sales and marketing expert, otherwise called El Classico, energised the audience with a practical session on closing sales and building customer trust.
He also sponsored one of the day’s biggest highlights, an iPhone XR giveaway, won by a delighted participant, symbolizing the summit’s focus on growth, generosity, and community.
