Gunmen Abduct Journalist Enroute to Media Fellowship in Kwara

A journalist, Salis Manaja has been k!dnapped by gunmen while on his way from Abakaliki to Ilorin for a media fellowship.

This comes after he was reported missing on Saturday, October 11, 2025 after attempts by his colleagues to reach the multimedia specialist failed when his phone became unreachable. 

The abductors have reportedly made contact, demanding a ransom for his release. 

Details regarding the exact location where the kidnapping took place remain unconfirmed.
