Juventus sack coach Igor Tudor after Lazio defeat
Serie A giants Juventus have sacked head coach Igor Tudor following a dismal run of results that culminated in a 2–0 defeat to Lazio on Sunday.
Tudor, who replaced Thiago Motta in March, left the Turin club languishing in eighth place in Serie A. The loss to Lazio marked Juventus’ third consecutive defeat in all competitions.

“Juventus thanks Igor Tudor and his entire staff for their professionalism and dedication over the past few months and wishes them all the best for the future,” a statement from Juventus reads.
The club confirmed that Massimiliano Brambilla will take temporary charge for Wednesday’s league clash against Udinese.
Juventus are currently six points adrift of leaders Napoli and have failed to win any of their last five league matches.
Their struggles extend to Europe as well, with the team sitting at the bottom of their Champions League group after one loss and two draws in three matches.
Tudor managed 24 games across his spell, averaging 1.58 points per match. His dismissal makes him the third Juventus coach to leave in just 18 months, following Thiago Motta and Massimiliano Allegri.
