NNL: Onigbinde, Udi shortlisted for Osun United’s head coach job

Osun United have shortlisted three coaches for the vacant head coach position of the club, DAILY POST reports.

The list of coaches shortlisted include, Shina Afolabi, Duke Udi and Akinade Onigbinde.

Afolabi was one of the assistant to the former head coach Seye Ajayi who left the club at the end of last season.

Udi a former Super Eagles player previously worked as the head coach of the Omoluabi giants during the 2016-17 season , while Onigbinde quit his post with Doma United.

Onigbinde guided Doma United to the Nigeria Premier Football League, NPFL, in 2023-24 campaign.

Osun United are expected to make a final decision on their preferred coach before the start of the new NNL season.

The new season is billed to commence on Saturday 8, November.
