‘The Audacity to Transform: A Tribute to Governor Soludo’s Transformative Achievements’
Governor Chukwuma Soludo of Anambra state was honoured with the launch of a new book on his on-going achievements in the state.
The book is titled, ‘The Audacity to Transform.’
This compelling volume, authored by Dr. Anselm Onuorah, meticulously chronicles the Governor’s trailblazing governance and development initiatives in Anambra State, offering a balanced and candid portrayal of his administration as revealed by the Book Reviewer, Barrister Osita Chidoka, former minister of Aviation and former Head of Federal Road Safety Corps.
Chidoka revealed that the book, spanning 283 pages, serves as both a testament to Soludo’s transformative impact and a source of inspiration for future leaders.
During the launch, Soludo emphasized the crucial need for connection within governance, stating, “The ability to connect from top to bottom is the foundation of transformation.”
He expressed deep appreciation for the insights captured in the biography, recognising the vital feedback from the author in shaping public understanding of his administration’s achievements.
Looking ahead, the governor asserted that the accomplishments detailed in “The Audacity to Transform” are but a mere scratch on the surface of what is yet to come.
He assured attendees that there will be a “massive acceleration in the development of Anambra State” as he continues to harness the audacity necessary for transformative change.
With this biography as a cornerstone of his legacy, Governor Soludo reaffirms his commitment to shaping a brighter future for Anambra and setting a benchmark for good governance in Nigeria.
In his remarks, Mohammed Adamu Muazu, former governor of Bauchi State and the chairman of the occasion, commended Soludo as “a true ambassador of Anambra and the nation.”
His words underscored the significant role the Governor plays not only within the state but across Nigeria as a whole.
Echoing that sentiment, Ada Chukwudozie praised Soludo’s leadership, pointing out that “his visionary leadership style and decisions resonate across all sectors of the economy, truly reflecting the audacity to transform.”
The event also showcased the support of influential figures in Nigerian politics. Prof. Osita Ogbu, who stood in for former President Chief Olusegun Obasanjo, opened the proceedings by extolling the virtues of Governor Soludo.
“He is a man who loves happiness and knows how to make people happy,” Ogbu declared, summarizing the essence of Soludo’s leadership style that prioritizes the well-being of the populace.
