‘BBNaija makes life harder’ – Kess weighs in on Tochi’s advice to ex-housemates

Former Big Brother Naija housemate Kess Adjekpovu has opened up on the realities of life after the popular reality TV show, saying participation in the competition often comes with greater challenges than many people imagine.

According to Kess, leaving the BBNaija house exposes contestants to a more difficult phase of life, regardless of whether they emerge winners.

In a recent post shared online, the reality star stated that the competition does not end when housemates leave the show, noting that ex-contestants are forced to navigate intense pressure and rivalry in the outside world.

“Big Brother makes your life harder. Competition inside and outside the show.

“Winner or not, the moment you leave that house, you’re dealing with a version of life that is far more complicated than the one you left behind,” he said.

Kess explained that many people view the reality show as a shortcut to fame and success without understanding the demands that come with public attention and expectations after the programme.

The former reality star’s comments come amid recent advice from some of his fellow reality stars, who have urged ex-BBNaija housemates to move beyond the fame of the show, embrace hard work and stop depending solely on their BBNaija popularity for survival.
