Nigerian rapper Erhiga Agarivbie, popularly known as Erigga has fired back at Davido, reacting to his response over his post about artistes who made it in the music industry without family money.
The rapper had earlier made a post lauding people who had made their money from scratch without relying on family wealth. His post however, did not sit well with Davido who stated that musicians who came from family money could also work hard to reach the top.
Erigga questioned why his shoutout to people who made it without family money would upset Davido. He further mocked Davido for over his privileged background, referring to him as the “Ambassador of RICH KIDS.”
”Na shoutout to the ones wey get it out the mud without family money dey make David crash out? From where to where?. Big man pikin dey cry say poor men children dey hail dem self??? Motivate your self naw. Ambassador of RICH KIDS,” he stated.
The exchange between the two artist has since sparked mixed reactions among fans and has stirred the conversation about privilege and hard work.
