Nigerian reality TV star Chidimma Esther Okagbue, popularly known as Bella, has, demanded billions of naira from her former romantic partner Segun Olusemo, aka Sheggz.
The demand, made in a letter released by her lawyers, revealed that Bella was suing Sheggz for alleged torture, attempted murder, verbal assault, emotional, physical and mental torture.
The lawyers claimed Sheggz assaulted Bella sometime in 2o23, citing a message their client sent to her mom over her situation.
”Mum please call Shegzz to let me go home, I want to go home, I’ve been disrespected enough,” she wrote.
Bella is demanding ₦19.826 million and £10,237, ₦500 million for breach of promise to marry, and ₦2 billion for physical, emotional and psychological trauma. She is also demanding a public apology, as well as retraction of the defamatory publications about her.
