LaLiga: Mourinho wins first El Clasico against Barcelona after Real Madrid return

Real Madrid manager, Jose Mourinho, has won his first El Clasico in his second stint at the club.

This follows their 2-1 win over Barcelona on Sunday night.

Los Blancos came into the game at the Camp Nou, knowing that defeat would all but rule them out of the title race.

It was Mourinho's men who took the lead, with the ball deflecting into the net off Kylian Mbappe.

Raphinha made it 1-1 in the 61st minute, before Mbappe's second won the game for Madrid in the 87th minute.

Barcelona remains top of LaLiga with 27 points despite suffering defeat for the first time, while Madrid are third with 24 points.
