Nigerian content creator and streamer, Habeeb Adelaja, popularly known as Peller, has offered a N5 million reward to anyone who can find and apprehend a babalawo who claimed that the streamer once visited him for spiritual assistance.
The controversy started weeks ago after the man appeared on social media and alleged that Peller visited his shrine several years ago to seek spiritual help before becoming famous.
The babalawo also claimed that Peller later abandoned the spiritual arrangement and warned that the streamer needed to return and settle what he owed. He reportedly threatened that Peller’s fortunes could suffer if he failed to do so.
Peller later addressed the allegation after receiving a message from the police asking if he wanted the man arrested.
However, in a video shared on his Instagram page on Thursday, September 3, 2026, Peller said he was willing to pay N5 million to anyone who finds and catches the babalawo.
Peller, who is currently in the United Kingdom on his honeymoon, made the announcement while reacting to the claims against him.
His offer has since generated reactions from his followers on social media, with many joking that Nigerians would quickly begin searching for the man because of the N5 million reward.
The streamer has not admitted to the allegations made by the babalawo.
